A couple of weeks ago, for some reason, I was having mild fever and chills. This happened around 11 pm. I could not sleep and whenever I did fall asleep, I woke up feeling very cold. Yes, I’ve had my full vaccination since January, so Covid-19 is not an option at this time. That is why I don’t understand what is happening. So, there I was covered in 2 layers of blanket with a space heater on the side of my bed. I thought I have no choice but to wake up my wife and tell her I’m not feeling well and I needed some medication downstairs.

Headache or Pain in the Neck?

Have you ever noticed the tension in your head and neck at the end of a long week at the office?  It may start as some soreness in your upper shoulders or the neck, or it may start as a headache. You grab an advil which helps temporarily, but you can’t help but notice that your neck feels sore to the touch and your upper back feels stiff. What is going on here?

Therapy is Contagious

Frank was determined to not repeat his earlier mistakes. He had a frustrating experience with Physical Therapy previously, and he wanted to be sure that he was choosing a place where he would both feel comfortable and have a successful outcome. Physical Therapy and Chiropractors

Many people think physical therapists and chiropractors are the same and that is incorrect. Although both typically address impairments and symptoms in the Musculo-skeletal system, there is a difference in the approach and the length of intervention may vary. As defined by Merriam Webster Chiropractors are licensed health-care professional who treat disorders (such as back and neck pain) chiefly of the musculoskeletal system especially through the manual adjustment or manipulation of the spinal vertebrae to correct nervous system.
