Doctor of Physical Therapy
Sohalia Mosaddegh is a doctor of physical therapy (DPT). Dr. Mosaddegh earned a bachelor of science in physical therapy from Howard University. She received her doctoral degree from the Arizona School of Health Sciences. Her research focus was on the effectiveness of physical therapy diagnoses of lumbar disease versus MRI. Dr. Mosaddegh has worked in the orthopedic and sports medicine field for more than 20 years.
Dr. Sohaila offers patients the most advanced physical therapy for optimizing movement, function, and health. She is guided by integrity, life-long learning, and a commitment to her patients’ health. Dr. Mosaddegh is dedicated to using evidence-based physical therapy throughout the continuum of care to improve quality of life.
Dr. Sohaila says: “I have the privilege to work with everyone from middle school and high school athletes, professional tennis players, and weekend athletes, as well as older adults and injured workers. I chose the physical therapy field because it combines the human body with exercise and movement.”
Physical Therapist Assistant
Calvin Poston is a graduate of Towson University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science with an emphasis in Sport Medicine. From there Calvin went back to school to pursue a career as Physical Therapist Assistant from Montgomery College. Calvin has experience with a variety of injuries and possesses knowledge of unique movement patterns to unlock the clients’/patients’ potential that is masked by pain. Calvin has worked with individuals and teams of all levels including novice, professional and Olympic caliber athletes. Calvin’s belief system consists of integrating movements that mimic life through action or thought so that we could positively react to the environment. Using this holistic approach, the entire person could be addressed.
